Fried Termites:
First, catch a big bowl full of those wiggly little things. Then remove their wings. Put in a hot dry skillet and fry until crispy. Enjoy!! They are supposed to have a peanut flavor.

Vegtable Rice:
Grate 1 carrot, mince 1 large onion and 3 cloves of garlic. Fry in oil until translucent. Add uncooked rice and water. Boil until rice is cooked. Very tasty.

Boiled - Fried Potatoes:
Peel potatoes and quarter. Boil until almost finished. Drain. Let them dry. Deep fry until golden brown. Salt and enjoy. Absolutely delicious!

Pizza Crust:
Makes 1 cookie sheet. Take 1 cup of warm water 110 degrees. Add 1 packet of yeast, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, mix. Add 2 cups flour, knead in 1/2 cup flour to a soft dough. Let rise till doubled in warm place. Grease cookie sheet, spread, and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

Isombe or Casava Leaves:
Isombe is a special tree very similar to the Casava tree. First, pick the young, tender tree leaves. Grind up in a meat grinder. Put in water -2 cups water for each 1 cup of ground Isombe. Boil in water for at least 2 hours. Add olive oil to your taste, salt, pepper, beef stock, ground beef, garlic, and onion. Finally, add ground peanuts (1/2 cup for a pot) to thicken. Gregg's Note: This tastes like yuky spinich. But if you like spinich you will like this.
